Hi, I have a problem with my US-2400.
The faders aren't working anymore. I have used my unit for 2/3 years in mackie control mode with digital performer 8, on Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6.8).
In the past, sometimes I have lost use of the faders, than they started again to work, without a clear reason. No change in OS or sequencer.
Now, it's been 2 moths that the faders don't work at all. If I move them, the faders on the software don't move, and if I move the faders on the sequencer, the tascam don't move.
I have tried it on a windows machine with cubase too, same results: everything works (pan, transport, led...), the faders don't.
Any suggestion?
Is it easy to open the unit and check for something wrong (I have friends that may take a look).
