Tascam DA-78HR Error 02 , Drum Head not spinning

I now have 3 machines with the same issue. The DA-78HR reports error 2. This is the Drum head not spinning. All 3 units do the same thing. If you try to manually turn the drum heads they are really stiff.
Has anyone seen this problem and is it possible to lubricate the motor shaft. ?
