Tascam Dm3200 has a huge noise and barely hearing playback

First off all hi to everyone, i have a problem with my old desk dm3200,
Yesterday everything was ok, but today when ı opened the desk it gives a huge white noise and i opened a mp3 file. the sound comes barely noticable throgh adam a7 i can hear the song but its realy wierd.

I am using Win7 64 bit, Cubase 6.5

What could be the problem, Can anybody help me(
