HI GUY'S NAME IS JUAN DEZ FROM SOUTH TEXAS

I JUST CAME ACROSS A TASCAM MIDI STUDIO 644 LOOKS
TO BE WORKING IN GREAT SHAPE- I AM NOT FAMILIAR
WITH THE HARDWARE SINCE I DONT HAVE A MANUAL
BUT CAN I USE THIS TASCAM TO RECORD- I WANT TO
RECORD JUST A GUITAR-DRUMS AND VOX
IS THIS POSSIBLE AND HOW?

It's definitely capable of doing what you want. To answer the question "how" ... just like with any other multitrack recorder. If you are not familiar with multitrack portastudio concept, you should try to search manual from web. My quick google search didn't find anything else than this:

Although the manual is definetly worth reading, it might still leave some things unanswered. I for myself needed some time to get my head around the routing matrix, groups, metering and the DUAL section for example. If you have questions, feel free to post them here and I will try to answer them.
