Tascam neo2488

Using my Tascam Neo2488, I finally managed to get a Reverb-Delay response from my (external) TC Effects Processor. That’s real cool, except for one thing. The control levels on my Effects Processor are useless. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

do you mean a pedal or a DAW vst effect? sorry,I'm not sure I understand,probably shouldn't have posted hehe, but I'm a curious old basstard lol
