TASCAM TM 250 U usb microphone

I have plugged in the usb microphone and I am using it in Reaper however I am getting latency. I have tried manually adjusting but still getting it. Any ideas on how to stop the latency. Pretty new to home music making

I suggest that you post this question on the Reaper forum as this isn't related to the microphone, but rather to the DAW.
