Tascam US-800 not working in Windows 10

Windows is failing to recognize my Tascam US-800 as a usable device. I have already tried running the driver installation in compatibility mode and that did not work. Any suggestions?

The US 800 was notorious for poor software design. After running for awhile there would be "memory leakage" tying up system memory until you would get the BSOD- Blue Screen of Death. I suggest a more recent model with better specs. and support.
