Please someone can give me more information about the Tascam X48 ....

That's fixtures and equipment should I buy to complete the system and record live

You'd want 48 preamps. Or cables to connect to a console present at a gig. If you come in with 48 preamps and it's a live gig you'd want a splitter so the signal would go unaltered to F.O.H. console.

Question. DO you need 48 preamps...
