During recording and playback in my DAW, the tracks seize or pause for a couple seconds exactly 30 min apart. CPU jumps during the pause. The seize shows up on the recorded track.
I've checked other forums for this issue and a couple of posts were close to my problem and I tried the solutions offered to no avail. I've turned off wifi, scans, updates..
On my Tascam US-2x2 I/O, my Software/Firmware/drivers are all the latest versions, I've tried changing the buffer size.
When I don't use the 2x2 and just use the laptops "Direct Sound" for
playback only, the pause doesn't happen, but I can't record. Suggestions please?
