Yes, they did have them, they were supplied with the TSR8 when new. I think it would be near impossible to find some, however try Tascam parts USA as you never know, there could be some there that they thought they would never sell.
My suggestion is to get some made up at a sheet metal factory, give then the exact dimensions of the holes you need and they can punch this out and bend up the ears to suit, I have had rack ears for other gear made up over the years. Don't skimp on the thickness (2 to 3 mm) if you get them made as the TSR8 is a heavy beast.
