I need part #5200268600---the tension sensor PCB assembly for a Tascam TSR-8. Or the coil detectors #5160038000 and Sensor Coil Spacer #5801138800. Does anyone have a source for these?

Look for Tascamninja on Ebay, or tascamninja.com. He regularly parts out TSR-8s.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I saw some of his listings. He is only offering the entire assembly (at a VERY steep price!!). I don't need the arm, etc.----- I really only need the coils and spacer. Any other suggestions?

Patience is the name of the game. There are many oppotunists out there who want to profit on lack of information or inpatience. TSR-8s are relatively often parted out. Use Hifi shark to monitor the daily market, and once it appears you can buy it. I myself have been waiting for a control panel for a revox C270 for a year to appear..but yours is a usual part, so no worries..

Audio Pros and Reelprosondguys are part out places. Why do you need a coil? Are you guessing on what part is bad? Coils usually do not go out. They do not handle high current.

Are you referring to 'Audio Proz' (with a 'Z')?
