Mwah, Mac only - that's a no go for me. Plus, I already use a very competent DAW.

Yep - folks that are secure and comfortable with their existing DAW will likely not be interested.

And yeah - that sucks that it's Mac specific - because it looks really neato. I missed that initially.

I'm getting a chuckle. Back in the 80s when everything we did was +4 at least, some studios were going 32 track digital with the Mitsubishi digital tape machine. Now, we're in the digital domain and trying to emulate those consoles and machines we had back then.

At any rate, this is a serious recording system and one of the main advantages seems to be reduced latency. That is very cool.
