Unexecutable command : 03:02:00 and 01:82:00

Hi!
I have a fresh eproms, (U3,U10,U10)

The tascam logo is go tru, and then nothing happens.
The service mode has not start.
Just two command line have, with SHIFT+EQ+DYNAMICS
The command lines are
Unexecutable command : 03:02:00
Unexecutable command : 01:82:00

When press reset on the main cpu board and hold the command line is:
Unexecutable command : 01:82:00

the release continue with this:
Unexecutable command : 03:02:00
Unexecutable command : 01:82:00


when i take out the U10, and U11 eproms, the message is
Unexecutable command : 00:00:00

someone splashed tin on the motherboard when he replaced the battery. I took the tin out of there. Now I have other error messages, two of which.

03:02:00 and 05:02:00

Then now f3:02:00 and f5.02.00
