US 122 MKII - BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

Hey everybody,

I have a problem with my Tascam US 122 MKII. I use it for several months now, but the problem occured 1-2 weeks ago for the first time: my system crashes (bluescreen, giving the code: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER). I found out that the US122MKII is the problem by unplugging USB devices seperately, and it only occurs with this device. I´m using Win8, 64bit. My USB-drivers are updated, and I also re-installed the Tascam driver (2.03).

Any ideas?

Same set-up. I'm not getting crashes but problems with poppy & crackly audio.
Using Reaper. I've seen elsewhere on the web that the most suitable driver in many cases for Win 7/8 64 can be the Vista driver...
