I've searched this forum and others, no one seems to have any answers.

And it only worked a grand total of once. I bought it to use with Bias FX and it has never worked past the once I used it when I first got it. I have tried contacting Tascam support, but 3 tickets have gone unanswered after 8 months.
The tascam settings panel insists a device is not connected, and windows doesn't recognize it either. I have reinstalled it tons of times, the result is the same.
The orange USB led is blinking. None of the ports produce any output.
I wish I had any more info, but as it stands I have a $150 paper weight that I should have returned to amazon.
