US 2X2 not working after firmware update

i wanted to record a song and my us 2x2 was not working properly then i unistalled all the drivers and installed them again i did the firmware update and the yellow usb light stopped working now my pc doesnt recognise my us2x2 is there anyone who can help me

oh i also forgot when i try to do the firmware update again it says reebot error.
