US-322 BSOD Win7 x64

I just bought the new US-322 and whenever I run on low or lowest latency modes I get a BSOD after a few minutes. I am using the v1.01 drivers.

I use it mainly with Guitar Rig 5 so normal latency actually bothers me a lot.
I had no problem with lowest latency setting on the US-144 mk II on this same computer.

All help is appreciated.
