US16x08 extremely unreliable on Win10

I experience persistent glitching with the US16x08 despite having the performance settings turned up all the way. I've also tried to use ASIO4ALL but with little success. Has anyone used ASIO4ALL with one of these devices recently and could please help me?

My computer is a Dell XPS 13 9360, which I would have imagined powerful enough!

Check with latency monitor what is the cause of the glitching problem.

Ethernet is often the culprit.
