USB connection

Hi
I have been told by a computer guy that he can fit a usb connection to my sx-1 so i can connect
to a computer to down load wav files
has anybody done this ?
any info would be welcomed

The USB port on SX 1 is not active. The way to download files from your SX 1 is through a FTP (ether net) set up. Extensive information about this topic is available in the SX 1 section of this forum.

thanks for the info
I also think it will only work on ver 1.5 not 1.0
does anybody know where i can get an upgrade to 1.5 as i am running 1.0
