2488 Neo default settings

This has been driving me crazy: is there no way to simply reset the default settings for all of the effects? Thanks to anyone who can help--

I may be wrong but heres my thoughts.

The Presets for the effects are never changed when you save any alterations you have made. The saved effects go into the User section. So the Presets are always as they were when you first got your 2488. Thus there is never a need to reset back to defaul settings.
