IF-FW-DM MKII on EL Capitan not working?

Am i missing something? I get the Driver offline message. Please tell me there is a solution.

I skipped over El Capitan, but I had no problems getting the FW card to work perfectly on Sierra using the current driver posted at Tascam's site. I have found that if I have other devices also using my Mac's FW bus that I sometimes have to make sure to power up the DM last in order for it to be recognized properly.
