Ol/status lights and weird output

Hi, recently did a cleaning of the 4800 and when it got put back together the ol/status lights are on constantly. Testing now yields correct input but way too loud output. Almost as if during output the channels had a ton of noise from static or something. Is there a way to fix this?

Hard to say. What type of cleaning? Did you use any liquids? You could have blown a circuit or disrupted a solder joint or removed or damaged a cable. Try reseating the DSP daughterboard connected to the center front of the main PCB.
