Semi-Auto mix question

Before pre-mastering, if I title my "scenes" by the bar: scene 8 at bar 8, scene 20 at bar 20 etc; obviously it won't work with the REAL setting. Does it matter which setting you use, JUMP or CATCH, if you don't touch the faders during pre-mastering ?
