Tascam SX 1LE Effects Upgrade

I read that sometime in 2007, Tascam introduced an SX 1LE Effects Upgrade that has Antares Mic Modeling, Antares Speaker Modeling, TC Works Effects. I called Tascam center in California today so see if they have a CD of that Upgrade available. They told they don't have. I wrote to Antares. I was told they don't have. I'm writing to ask if there's anyone who has a CD of this Upgrade and I can get a copy of that CD to install on my Tascam SX 1LE machine.
Please advise me on anything you may have this Upgrade.
