You might want to consider doing the IDE-ATA to SATA conversion like I did. That opens up quite a few options for drive choices though you will still be limited to the default partition specs regardless of replacement drive size (in the case of installing a larger drive). I opted to use a 2.5" 500 GB 7200 WD drive in my Neo. Cool and a lot quieter than the original drive that hard started to "rumble". Drop me a message if you want details.
