US-4x4: Is phantom power only supplied to the XLR jacks?

I have one condenser mic needing phantom power. It has an XLR to XLR cable. I also have two Pyle PDMIC53 unbalanced mics, which came with 1/4 jacks on the cable (at the interface). I want to use all three mics at the same time. The manual says the phantom power switch applies to all four jacks, but doesn't specify whether it applies only to the XLR jacks or also to the 1/4" jacks. How can I provide phantom power to the condenser mic but not to the Pyle mics?
