Blue screen problem on the table tascam tm-D4000

Hello all right?
I have a table tascam tm-D4000 and when I turn the screen turns blue but no image appears, I tried but it did not adjust contrast, does have something to do with low battery? Can someone please tell me what to do to solve this problem?

i ve go the same problem, only blue screen on the lcd, any idea what can I do ?
