I've scoured the MkI/MkII/MkIII Service Manual and have been unable to find the schematics for the Capstan Motor PCB. Have done the following to locate:
- Confirmed that all 11/11 pages are there. - Yes, however pages 01-04 are just one page each, whereas 05-11 are all two pages each due to width. Not sure if that's the issue since pages 01-04 all have clean breaks on right side, so they may just be narrower than pages 05-11.
- Listed all pcb schematics. I can find schemos for: switch pcb, control switch pcb, cam pcb, sensor pcb, control S and M pcbs, counter pcb, joints c and m pcbs, meter pcb, meter amp pcb, VR pcb, jack pcb, main pcb, balance pcb.
- Manually search for a key component from the capstan pcb within the schemos: The 2 IC's on the capstan motor PCB are IC1 and IC2, so I looked at all the IC1's and IC2's on all the schematics throughout the pages. These IC's weren't visible anywhere.
Hope I'm wrong and someone can set me straight, but I think the capstan motor PCB schematics are missing from the online available service manual copy. Please someone, prove me wrong....or if you have this schematic, please share. Thanks!!!!
