Hi all,

Wondered if anyone could assist.

I have just dug my 788 out from storage and , having (successfully) installed a new hard-drive, I was starting to have a basic play with it. I've had it for nearly 20 years (unused for about 5), but for the life of me I can't figure out how to apply the delay effect to a track and record to a stereo pair. I've gone through the manual (yes, I figure I've missed something) and various searches on forums (fora?) but every little bit of hope (and vague nudging of memory) has proved to be to no avail. Can anyone provide a step by step rundown on what should be a simple task (but one I do remember as not being entirely intuitive - though I have done it many times in the past).

Thanks in advance
Steve

It's all coming trickling back. I managed to do it, though I'm not sure I'd be able to describe exactly what I did. Hitting mini obstacles with other things but I'm slowly getting there :)
