Compression w/DP008ex on every track?

Hi there Party People! Trying to add compression to a slap upright bass track( track2) & a sometimes too hot acoustic track(track3) both cut in line or input 'B' are the parameters set on one w/the Wood Bass pre set (track 2) going to be on the acoustic track(3) as well & on all 4 tracks that were cut into 'Line/input B' i can't find this answer in the manual!id like individual settings for each track! How can i do this? hit the record button at bottom of each track as i dial in parameters? Hopefully It will 'Print' settings when go to mix dwn then eh?cheers&TY!!
