Condenser mic issue / Cloudlifter CL-2

I've got kind of a weird phantom power problem with my model 24. I run 2 Shure SM7b's on channels 1 & 2. And I have the Cloudlifter CL-2 that runs between them and the mixer to boost the output. Then I run 2 Neumann km184's into channels 3 & 4. I can't run the Neumann mics with the Shure's because there is a dramatic loss of output from the Neumann mics. When I run them alone with the Shures unplugged, they sound great. Is this a phantom power issue? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks
