DM 3200 will not

Good day to all,
I seem to be having a problem, Just installed windows 7 on a desk top, installed pro tools 8.0.5 updater, installed TMCompanion start pro tools and go through the start up, go to my set up, go to peripherals and check HUI in 5 HUI out 6 and DM will not connect.
I tried to updating firmware, tried hard reset, tried on and a few times, still no luck.

Did you update to PT9 from 8.0.5? If not, that could be your problem. Far as I know, firewire isn't supported in PT versions previous to V.9. As to the HUI question, that, too, could be related.

Need more info.
