dm 4800 connected to pc through aes card

hello
what is the best way to send the cubase stereo output from the pc to the speakers (connected in the back of the dm 4800 through the "small" monitor jacks) when the signal is fed to the tascam through the aes card?

Depending on how you use your DM, there are 2 options:
1. Route AES inputs into pair of channels.
2. Assign AES inputs to one of Monitor SEL buttons.

Option 2 has the disadvantage of not being able to quickly control the monitor volume. So I use a combination of 1 and 2:
Stereo from my DAW returns on ch 63-64 (linked). These are not assigned to stereo. Aux 11 and 12 (0dB) send the signal to the CR monitor (sel 4).
In this way I can control the monitor volume with the ch 63-64 faders.
