Hello! I'm a 70 year old retired guitarist with a Model 12, and an old Windows 7 computer (which interacts perfectly with my Helix, HX Effects, Capture X Torpedo, and Nux Amp academy software interfaces.

I just discovered the Model Mixer Panel software (WOW!) which looks amazing!

So, I updated my firmware, and installed the Mixer Panel successfully in Windows! So far so good. Every thing looked great! I already had a strong UBS connection to the Model 12, which I use for backup, and storage. Unfortunately, when I attempted to open the panel, while it opened perfectly, it cannot see my Model 12. (see attached).

So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (program), rebooting the Model 12, and Windows 7 (multiple times), before I dug deeper into the device manager. It shows that the driver installed perfectly, but claims "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers" in the driver details, which also confirms it has the latest drivers from 2025 installed.

Is there something simple I'm missing, or is this a registry thing, I'm going to have to dig into to correct? Or, maybe something simple I'm missing (Hopefully!)

Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!! I would really like to be able to access the Model Mixer Screen on this PC. But, I fear I'm going to have to completely rebuild the registry (ugg....), or buy a new PC, to get this to actually work.
🙁

No matter, thanks in advance for any assistance!
