DM4800 and Logic Pro X: Need updated setup instructions

Got it to work as a control surface, but it's a bit shaky. The problem is that there are a number of parameters in Logic and on the DM4800. One problem I have is that if I have 5 tracks displayed in the mixer, somehow the DM4800 has say 8-9 faders at 0dB, as it still is representing hidden tracks like Output, and other MIDI and Instrument hidden tracks. In ProTools, DM faders always readjust to correspond to whatever is displayed on the screen but not with Logic.
Is there a *precise* tutorial that shows the precise settings for both version Pro X of the software and the Dm4800 hardware?
