Does 2488 transmit midi out?

Hi,

I only want clock sent from the 2488 to sync external midi sequencers. The 2488neo manual describes the midi messages it receives to control the mixer, effects and scene changes. Does it send these as well?

I'm hoping the answer is no, I only want start/stop/clock from the midi out.

When setting up the MIDI sync, just set it to Clock - not MMC. I use this to start my drum machine from the 2488

Yes, clock is working fine. I just don't want anything else transmitted. But I have checked that no controls are sending midi, its not acting like a control surface. That's exactly what I want.
