DP-006: Buttons not working?

I have a Tascam DP006, this is my first time using it in ages. When I try to use the RTZ and LRP buttons when naming my song it doesn't move from left to right. When I press the REC buttons under the tracks only track 4 lights up. When I press Rec and Play at the same time it doesn't start recording. I've tried restarting and putting new batteries in. Is there anything else I can try or is it broken?
