DP32SD freezes on startup

When powering up my DP32SD, the screen freezes and will not finish loading. I had a 16 gigabyte SD card installed with about 5 gigs of tracks on it. I powered the unit down & switched the 16 gig SD card with a 4 gig SD card. Startup was able to then complete but would freeze when trying to do either a quick or full format of the SD card. The original pre-loaded 2 gig SD card loads and plays normally. Any thoughts on what is going on and how to correct this problem? Thnx, JPM

I had similar problems , went to Walmart bought the 32 gig card haven't had a problem since
$ 18.00 or close to it.
