DR 100 mkiii no sound external mics

Hello,

For some reason, I can't any external mic to work. No input signal at all even though I've selected external mic, and have phantom power switched on. Anyone had this happen to them before? Am I doing something wrong?

Those mics do not require phantom power, btw.

Yes I’m aware. I’m starting to think it’s a faulty unit.
