I'm new to this forum and and new to digital recording. I have recently purchased a DR-100MK11 for recording my band at rehearsals. I have replaced the standard 2Gig SD card with a 32Gig SDHC card and reformatted. I have a problem reading prerecorded mp3's, in that I can see them in the file I have created via my PC, but when I disconnect and try to access them locally to play it says file is empty.
I have tried another PC and different mp3's but still the same, all WAV files are no problem and work fine. Any ideas, it's probably something simple, I'm the drummer by the way and need it to be simple. Cheers for your help.
