- DR-44WL
Hello Community
I just bought a DR-44WL and did some test recordings. It works as expected as long as the recorders WiFi is not activated. But when I activate WiFi I can immediately hear a "knocking" noise that gets recorded too. This noise is only recorded by the internal stereo-microphone, the sound from my Rode M5 microphones coming through the XLR-Inputs is fine.
I made a short video to demonstrate the issue:
I assume this is not normal behavior, otherwise the WiFi connection would be pretty useless...
Anybody experienced a similar issue? Could it be I missed something while setting up the recorder? Or did I just buy a bugged DR-44WL?
Any feedback from more experienced users would be highly appreciated.
