DR-701D + 5Diii HDMI and LCD screen Issues

I can't for the life of me find out why my LCD screen on camera shuts off when connecting HDMI to my DR-701D. I've tried almost everything! Any information will help!

I have a GH4 and my screen doesn't shut off but I can't output 4K as a throughput from the camera/701D/Atomos Ninja Flame.

I hope that's something that will change.
