Dr40 recording sound level

Im using tascam with my guitar amp.All I have is as a speaker this amp and everything goes into that.Tascam also goes into aux and it does feedback that way.I want to disable recording sound and want to use only lastly recorded sound,so that way I can record new track on old one without issue.Is there a way to do that ?

Can you separate your descriptions more, please. Describe the connections/cables in & out.

I think you are saying you get feedback because the speaker is playing back what the DR-40 is recording in real time, but you want it to only play a previous recorded track so you can over dub. All using only one guitar amp.
