fails to activate all audio inputs

Hello.
I have a DP32SD and I have a problem activating the 8 channels it supports.

It turns out that when I turn on the console, I start clicking on all the channels and sometimes they don't turn on the first time (I have to click on each channel several times)

But the problem is that channel 6 and 7, no matter how much I press the button, it does not turn red and therefore, that line cannot be used.

Do you know what it could be?
It is updated to the latest version.

Welcome to the forum. This sounds like the buttons need cleaning. They can start to go intermittent over time, depending on the environment and how you look after the machine. A small amount of switch cleaner should help. There are many posts about this so search for switch cleaner, e.g. this.
