FR-AV2 screen stuck in firmware update mode

I have only used this a few times, but I get it out for very specific projects, and I had hoped to use it this weekend. It powers on, but instead of the home screen, it says "F/W update mode." It doesn't respond to any buttons. I was able to connect it to my PC via USB-C and perform a firmware update successfully, but I still cannot get it to the home screen or to anything other than the "F/W update mode" message.

Is there a key sequence/combo that will force a factory reset? I've powered it on and off numerous times and removed batteries.
