I heard Gybson's teaming up with Standard Plumbing. They're going to develop a 'Musician's Throne.' Composers can turn those downtime 'business' moments into creative work. When they get an inspiration they just flush the toilet, which in turn, enables a wireless recording module in their tracking room.


No end to this. Exciting times!

Oh yes I read about this product on Tascam's web site last week:
It's actually part of their new Portastudio line:

The Portapottystudio.

There's a 4 and 8 track version.

For years I referred to all-in-one PortaStudio(tm)-like devices as 'PortaPotties.'
Which proves - again - great mind (sic) think alike.
