Headphones vs Monitors

Hi,
Coming from the old 2488 scene into the dp24.

So with the 2488 I used to be able to hit monitor mute and easily mute the monitors while still maintaining playback in the headphones for recording.
How does one do that with the DP24. I am currently yanking the monitor speaker cables every time I hit record, but that is super no fun.

You can't do that with the DP24. So much for the newest version huh?

However, if you have a headphone amp you could hook the stereo outs of the DP24 to the inputs of the amp and turn the volume knob all the way down on the monitor.
