HELP TASCAM 2488 Neo Error Screen Code 04

I have a 2010 Tascam 2488 Neo that I use in my small home studio setup. I have never installed any updates/upgrades and I have never had any issues with the Unit until recently. When starting up, I now receive a Code 04 Error Screen- SDRAM Initialize Error. I have looked elsewhere online and can find NOTHING helpful regarding this issue. I have a few questions, and I am really hoping someone might be able to help me. Is this worth fixing? Is this something I can do? How do I save my songs on the Hard Drive? I really don’t want to take it to an “Authorized Service Center” and have them charge me for a diagnosis after they scratch and mishandle my Recorder. I would really like to fix this issue and save the data on the Hard Drive if possible. ANY info would be greatly appreciated- Thank You.

Update on Tascsm 2488 Errir Code 04 SDRAM.

I fixed this by replacing one of the 2 SDRAM chips U125 / U127. I was prepared to replace both but luckily the first replacement fixed the problem. There ate 3 x Samsung K4S281632F-UC75 chips, 1 x cpu on main pcb, 2 beside each other in a corner on same pcb. It is likely that one of those two will have failed and need replacing, it might need both replacing. Cheek for damage, check for bad solder joints. Hopefully this helps someone else.
