How to export and view marks?

Greetings and sorry for any abject naiveté.

I have recently purchased a DR-05. I wasn't to export audio recordings and view where the marks are so that I can more easily identify the clips I want to edit out of the original. I've tried various applications but all of them so far only show the levels of the audio not the mark tags.

Can anyone point out what I'm missing?
