IF-FW/DM mkII firmware update Problem, with Windows 7 64bit

I have recently upgraded my IF-FW/DM MkII drivers to 1.21 but can not get the firmware to update from 1.02 to 1.10 ..it states device not found. FW card is on DM-4800.

Plz provide a solution..

You need to go back to driver 1.10 (temporarily), then - from a Win XP computer IIRC - in Win2000 compatibility mode, you can run the updater.

my card IF-FW/ DM mkII status on the Tascam 4800 is ok but firewire cable mot recognized. pls help anyone

That means your FW card, cable or driver is not working or a combination.
